A woman interested in the live-in associate program is encouraged to participate in the oblate meetings to get to know the community.

A two month experience is available to the candidate to live with the community and discern her call. At the end of the two month experience, if the candidate and community believe that God's call for her is to this community the individual will make a promise for one year to live and work with the community. 

The associate program provides the opportunity for a short term commitment in religious life.
